Prayer renewed every morning.

New Every Morning is a small Anglican fellowship worshipping according to the 1928 Book of Common Prayer and sharing the devotional life that grows from it.

A fellowship shaped by common prayer

We gather around Morning and Evening Prayer, the Holy Communion, and the steady pattern of Scripture, psalmody, and prayer given in the 1928 Prayer Book.

Our life extends beyond a service hour. Daily prayer becomes homilies, devotional writing, practical guides, and a growing public library for anyone who wishes to pray and learn alongside us.

The Reverend Philip A. Ternahan serves as Vicar. New Every Morning is an independent fellowship and does not speak for any diocese or province.

Prayer, learning, and devotion

The fellowship's online work is offered freely through 1928commonprayer.org and New Every Morning Devotions.

You are welcome here

If the language or pattern of traditional Anglican worship is unfamiliar, you may simply listen. Services keep a stable shape, Scripture is read at length, and no visitor is put on the spot.

All are welcome, wherever they are in their journey of faith.
